Anyone can join FAA, as long as you are motivated and dedicated to have fun and work hard to improve yourself.
If you are planning to do the lunch or evening swim, it is highly recommended.
Parking permits are good from August until July at a cost of $54.00 yearly.
The permit is an ePermit based on your license plate number, so make sure to update your account if you get a new plate!
Parking violations are $25.00.
Hourly parking is also available in designated spaces out front of the pool.
You can find more instructions on the "Join" page.

Masters swimming is for everybody!
Whether you're a world-class Masters athlete competing in national or international level meets, a triathlete, an open water swimmer, you want to stay in shape or you just want to learn how to swim, we can help!
We are more than happy to individualize in any way that you need, you only have to ask.
We are always here to help!
With as many different ability levels and goals that exist on the Masters team, it is sometimes difficult for us to keep up with who would like active technical coaching and who just wants a pool to swim in and not receive feedback.
If you do not feel like you are receiving a satisfactory amount of feedback, please wave down a coach at practice and we will be happy to provide the feedback you desire.
We are also happy to adjust sets individually if you would like a particular type of training.
We typically write a 3,000 yard/meter set for a one-hour practice.
Get through as much as you can, no worries if you don't make it through the entire thing--Not many people do.
We know there are many different ability levels in the pool. Therefore, instead of intervals, we designate an approximate rest interval so you can customize your own practice:
→ || @ S = ~:05-:15 rest
→ || @ M = ~:15-:30 rest
→ || @ L = :30+ rest.
We also designate effort levels using a color system which can guide you to achieving the goal of the given practice.
Heart rates are for a 10 second count, otherwise you can use the approximate effort level:
→ White / 20-23 / 60-70%
→ Pink / 22-25 / 70-80%
→ Red / 24-27 / 80-90%
→ Orange / 26-30 / 90-95%
→ Blue / 30+ / 95-98%
→ Purple / Max / 99%
→ Green / Max++ / 100%
We make it easy, memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled!
Not ready to register yet? Questions about the program? Reach out, we want to hear from you! We are happy to answer any questions that you have. See you at the pool soon!
